By overhang I am referring to sellers anxious to cash out for whatever reason. In this low volume environment it doesn't many shares to hold it down. When the volume hopefully increases in the near future this impediment should be gone. I firmly believe that those who haven't already done so should buy this undervalued,little known stock. Once their story gets out these levels should be a thing of the past. Hopefully we will all be rewarded.
