INO Roche terminated its short employment of INO. Big Pharma farms out work to dozens of companies. The decisions are made at the Director level- not very high up. It did not take Roche long to dump INO.

INO is an uber manipulated stock, a tool of the sharpies and roving stock gangs.

If you are not one of the slick players on this- you are the mark!

INO is controlled in the background by a penny stock operator, has NEVER had ANYTHING approved after years and years but has issued HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of press releases.

BTW, if not for the past R/S, this would be a penny stock
