When the FED allows it after their review of BAC for step one. Next the BAC board needs to approve what the FED will allow.

Litigation costs should or have dropped dramatically. Litigation costs were actually eating net profits from the inside out literally.


The future actually looks bright for a dividend increase, now that I sit back and think about it.
