there were 2 sites. I am guessing the new HempCoin site is up and they are working on the rocky mountain site but redirecting traffic to hempcoin for now. at least that is what I see when I dug into the site redirection.

each 10 hemp coins are backed by 1 share of RMTN as per the filings on otcmarkets.com
