Don't know. Usually in sub penny land the longer they take to post results the uglier the report.

Not looking for anything spectacular here(if I did I would still be holding shares).

Would be surprised if they had a profit in the 4th quarter. As always with UCPA what I look at most on the annual report are margins and how much they paid the executives through their indirect accounts.
