Robert Milstein or Carl Sanko... If you're reading this we have seen that you increased the Authorized Shares in February and that you're still moving forward with some kind of plan for merger or acquisition.

It'd be good if you communicate to shareholders soon! 4 plus months is certainly long enough to get your ducks in a row.
