Why should investors invest in this company?

Do you think that institutional investors will invest $160M in a company with no SEC filing since 2009, no audited account, based just on unaudited financial reports ?

Even their status on OtcMarkets.com is no more current.

OUR main asset, the hotel Marion is gone. From what i know, they let it go for only $69,900 when we have more than $22M in Equity and Liability based on their latest Annual report (2015).
What was the valorization of the hotel ? $6M !
What a great deal !
Something is not right here !

About the maximal trading volume of 80M : Actually a total of +-250M shares were traded in may'2015 which correspond to the period of the Hotel Marion's closing (end april 2015)!
What a strange coinsidence !

There is no public release since nov'2015.
There is no business plan.
What about the IRS audit ?
