Does anybody know if this company is still in business? Their website is sparse, not much info other than general sales BS. Apparently "Company delisted from NASDAQ on 12/21/11".

If they're out of business, this must be trading as a shell.

Just curious. Not planning on buying any of this toxic stuff.
