Brad initially was in the same Ensenada office as Bob for technical or legal reasons I believe. Don't know whether that office is still open.
They obviously also had an onsite office in the full length construction trailer still onsite in Leross's Oct 2014 photos. Doubt that is open without present operations to my knowledge.
