EX CEO wife sold control to:

Byron Young, Chairman of The Chron Organization

Doug McKinnon APYP new CEO also CEO of Chron

Keri Williams, the widow of the exCEO.

The shares she has are restricted & still in cert form.
24m & She also said that there are about 5M other shares from the S1 registration friends & family that are still in physical cert from 2013, they bought shares at a much high price.

The preferred shares (control shares) are what she sold to Byron Young & non of those shares will be convert into common.
