He doesn't even need the filings. Just cut a deal with a large cannabis outfit to market Datpiff-branded gear. Revenues from one deal could exceed that IDLM pulls in from Datpiff over the span of several years. The price would spike and Frasier could shop the company to buyers at a price that he likes.
