actually, wrong

going from about 5.0 million common shares outstanding right after the reverse split to the current fully diluted common shares outstanding of about 25 million in a matter of months, a multiple of 5x would be considered massive dilution.

To not know this is just plain silly

then there is the matter of 9.0 million freely trading common shares that are going to hit the market in the next few months when the recent average daily volume is only about 33,000 shares...what do you think is going to happen to the stock price when this happens?




as I said, the stock will still move up. there are still not that many shares out there. now a massive dilution would be 30-50 million. if that happens we have a problem.....
