All is true. All in the company are tied together. They do have relationships outside of this stock. How easy or hard is it to prove? I have not a clue. What is fact is that there is or was an involvement to wash shares in return for compensation. The individuals do consultant work and in return are paid in freed up shares that cost .001 or lower and after a set amount of time are free to do with shares however they may please. Kays, pmxo and this new ticker that meris kott and Lindsey Perry are both involved with all are typical run of the mill penny scams. These people, or I guess William Jones have been caught previously shorting shares or whatever they did, but point is the shady background is involved with this ticker along with the others. I don't know how far you're trying to go in finding out the relationship but in my opinion they will never be busted for anything, these are for the most part the typical sleepy penny stock criminals that won't get caught or if they do get a slap on the hand. On the other hand if you can prove William Jones or David Jones which ever has done wrong then he is in for a world of hurt for scamming people into shares.
