The 10-K comes out this week sometime, so hopefully we'll glean a better view into how they closed the year. On topic of forms, the 13-G showed the unexpected news that our institutional investor didn't sell all of their shares (still sitting at 1.17 mill). Definitely a confidence boost.

OVIT typically has a run before it's announcements. It would be great if that was the case here, but obviously it's too early to tell.
