I just wanted to get back to you now that I can post. First off let me apologize for what I thought was factual information from another poster who said he paid and saw that Therapeutics Medical was registered to Michael James. I had no reason to doubt what he was saying, especially when he said he paid to see it.
With that said, I dug deeper into who actually registered Therapeuticals Medical as an LLC and found out there is no way to get that information, even if I pay the fees. That information is protected and that I would have to wait until there was some kind of an official filing by them, such as an annual report, etc.
However, I did find out that Therapeutics Medical LLC was not in good standing and contacted an agency in Delaware to find out what exactly that meant. I was told it was extremely rare to have newly formed LLC registered and not be in good standing. The only way that would occur is if who registered the LLC left out some very pertinent information, such as the required information about the person registering them. I was told that it could very well be that whoever setup & registered the LLC wanted to remain anonymous, which would trigger the "Not in good standing" tag.
I was told that this is highly unusual and very intriguing, since they would not be able to conduct any business through that LLC until the pertinent information was supplied. In other words, Therapeutics Medical LLC is in limbo until the registration is fully completed. There were a couple other scenarios also, but didn't seem to pertain to this situation. Regardless, it is highly irregular and somebody is trying to keep everything completely confidential for now.
In the end I can't, nor can anyone say for sure that this LLC is registered to Michael James yet. Now of course all the evidence points toward it being him, but we will have to wait until an actual transaction takes place to be 100% positive. It would certainly fit this situation that the information about Therapeutics Medical LLC is being hidden from the public until there would be the need to disclose to whom it belongs to.
There is just a lot of strange things going on in the background here and if in fact this turns out to registered to Michael James, then we would know that my conspiracy theory about James trying to steal NRTI's CBD Initiative away from them and sell it to TRTC for his own personal gain would be completely accurate.
For now though, I will refrain from posting about this entire situation until I have accurate proof that Therapeutics Medical LLC is registered to Michael James. The only problem is if in fact I am right about this, the deal would have already taken place and it would be too late for Derek Peterson to walk away from it with clean hands. Let's hope that isn't the case. As for Michael James, this guy is bad news and I mean really bad news, as he has and will continue to screw anybody he can to make a buck. He is definitely a real liability for TRTC and that liability could blow up big and cost TRTC shareholders a lot of pain and grief.
