Here is evidence that Microsoft considers BIO-key their exclusive partner when it comes to fingerprint biometrics.

While others may have stated that BKYI was the exclusive biometric partner to Microsoft, all I ever seen them say is that they were the exclusive biometric solutions partner demonstrated at Microsoft "Ignite your Business" tour.
