It's a joke, how anyone can operate a public company with no consequences is horrible. Hasn't posted any numbers in years just keeps saying its in the works? Seems like more smoke and mirrors to keep changing operations, you say you need more capital show numbers that your actually running a real company which would make it a lot easier to raise funds.
