Here is the September 12, 2013 PR regarding the private placement that was referenced in yesterday's Early Warning Report. Apparently it was Sprott who participated in the private placement then, though it doesn't appear to have been revealed...at least not immediately that I'm aware of. I know that Sprott was an investor in Ginguro/Inventus, but I don't remember how many shares were revealed.

I'm trying to figure out if yesterday's news is new news or not.
