Hey bigcut, one thing that you are right on is the fact this stock is still trading. Evidently the SEC cannot follow every single sub-penny stock that has not filed a 10Q or 10K completed and certified by auditing firms.

By the way, can you provide on this board the name of the accounting firm and the legal firm that this company uses? Maybe you should contact them and find out first hand what is going on with MRES?, and post the result on this board--that would be the useful thing to do to help all shareholders of this stock.
