The old board SOLD the company before they were booted out by shareholders! To a private company. There would have been no company to buy, it was sold out from underneath us! You might want to read up on what happened to put us where we are now! I for one am grateful for a handful of shareholders that were willing to invest money to save all the shareholders of cprk! Myself being one of them! We will be up and running, then one can sell or buy more shares. To each their own. JMO
