Because after going to their office myself I am convinced we are being conned. Try dialing the phone number, its out of service dude!! Out of service is a BIG RED FLAG!!! The building janitor telling me he has NEVER seen anyone enter the office is a BIG RED FLAG!
So you can hope and pray for this thing all you like, just don't let the false expectations catch you by surprise.

While you hoping and praying, why dont you ask Barbara on FB when they are going to disclose the 2 CTO's they filed. A CTO is not indefinite, there is a time frame placed on them and then they must disclose whatever it was they felt needed to be kept secret.
