blocking you out from what? there's only one bidder and it's the 18M shares. if they get shares, it's shares coming from shareholders who have held for so long, that's the trick, that's why this bidder is not hitting the ask, they want all the shares they can get at bottom of the barrel before their pump or whatever they plan on doing with this empty shell.
