Anyone implying that a merger is in the works is attempting a desperate attempt to create some interest - Been watching this stock for over 2 years and they do nothing. ZERO. All one has to do is Google Map their "operation" and see they took the sign down and their is no evidence of anything going on here ELCR related. ZERO. They haven't filled anything sine 2011.
