The company also recently entered into a transaction to acquire CT Payments Inc which is pending completion Canadas largest independent payment processor of Credit & Debit. Just recently SMKG also entered into a transaction with an Investment Banking firm in New York to fund the targeted acquisitions with debt financing & an S3 fast track filing for a shelf offering onto a new exchange which management is optimistic and currently preparing for the release prior the end of summer 2016.

The company has also received a term sheet for a $2m USD Credit Line from an independent NY group which is undergoing due diligence, evaluation and subject to meeting the approvals by the companies committee & BOD.

Update to 506c Reg D offering;

In November of 2015 the company released its offering for a minimum of $5m USD through its exclusive agent broker Designbook.com at a PPS of $0.045 USD. The company has been working successfully with interested investors & institutions to accelerate and properly capitalize the growth.
