Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, What follows is a verbal and visual representation of the Scores Entertainment Complex, a concept specifically designed for casino resorts. The “prototype” for the concept exists in the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, and is the first club of its kind to be licensed inside of a gaming establishment in the United States. The proposal is fully scalable, designed to convert a few thousand contiguous feet of space into a multi-faceted attraction, or to potentially rebrand a midsized resort. We believe the use of upscale adult entertainment is the game-changer; a way to seize the competitive advantage by offering what no other property has while appealing directly to the most desirable gaming demographic. At the same time, we believe the various concepts speak to everyone— men and women, locals and tourists, high rollers and value seekers— in order to generate the greatest volume combined with the high possible check averages.
