The shell is for sale, I'm thinking its in the works based on the activities yesterday and today, I saw the bidder go up to 15m shares at .0001, that tells me the buyer is trying to see if there is any disgruntle shareholders that want to get out and they will take it and benefit down the road, you know, free unrestricted shares(that doesn't need to be reported) they can dump after their so called pump.
I've seen this before....we'll see, time will tell but if you buy, don't buy on the ask, bid at .0001, jmho.
