Brainstorming, read play devils advocate, because I'm probably missing some security law.

My idea: so this NOXX boner cream or spray or whatever it is that I doubt will get them 30k in revenue by years end, I really don't care because my interest is in the mj side only.


So idea : The companies there are a working with are basically telemarketing and direct sales Co's targeting specific demographic age groups of 40 to 60 years of age. So when they make there telemarketing call you offer with the purchase of this NOXX 100 shares of abbatis ($4), open market stock not dilution transferable to the purchasers brokerage account is chosen or a separate website where they can log in and see there stock, in addition offer a 25 share referral program to be customers. Most telemarketing Co's are like boiler rooms anyway.

What this does is psychologically gets the purchaser a feeling of ownership and also they may research the co. More and buy additional shares in the open market on there own. This demographic most likely are investors or have ira's.

People buy into apple because they believe in the company, what better way than to get them invested psychologically.

It's also a form of multi level marketing but with stock.
