The offering seeks to raise a maximum of $7,500,000. Initial investors will have their investment ($2,500,000) returned in month 36 and a profit of $2,289,036 until maturity, 60 months. Later investors will have their principal of $5,000,000 returned in month 36 plus a profit of $3,502,048 until maturity. Minimum investment is $100,000.
