BLGA had an outstanding 2015. Prior year it was all one time gains.


Our net income for 2015 was $989,096 as compared to a net income of $2,513,801 for the comparable period of the prior year. Substantially all of our net income for 2015 was a result of operations, whereas the net income for 2014 was primarily derived from the gain on derivative liability and gain on debt settlement described in the preceding paragraph.
