The SEC determined 7 YEARS AGO that the MGLG shell company was hijacked by the people who sold it to Magellan. Therefore, Magellan has no claims or rights to the ticker/public shell company. It's abandoned and no one can legally claim it. My god, MGLG has been over since 2009. That is not obvious by now? It has NOTHING to do with Magellan Energy, whether they actually exist today or not

Just because this is an "empty shell" in your words, that does not mean the company does not still exist. They had oil leases in at least 3 states and one of the actual owners ...
