And YET...the Sainted Seth Shaw is some how always blameless...
both here and at TAUG.
IMO, investors would be wise to RUN to the nearest exit
any time they see Seth Shaw involved.

IMO, Josh was a con man. I spoke with him many times and his pie in the sky optimism and blatent lies were found out too late.

Indeed, this an classic indictment of Seth Shaw! Was Shaw completely inept or did he just "choose" to ignore the obvious? Several peeps posting to this Board, nearly a year ago, warned that Josh Kimmel HAD NO CLUE as to what he was doing! But Seth Shaw missed it? Or did he choose to "miss it"? Kimmel had no experience or background that might even come close to qualifying him to run a complex distribution business! However, Shaw was a constant and unequivocal Kimmel supporter!

Does Seth Shaw have any clue as to what it takes to run a business? Kimmel's claim to fame was running restaurants! He had never once sourced hardgoods from overseas (or from anywhere for that matter!)! He had never managed a piece goods inventory! He had no clue about the basics of marketing, i.e. witness the branding fiasco! He had never established and/or managed a distribution organization! And running a real P&L seems to have been the furthest thing from top-of-mind! But Josh Kimmel did know how to spend shareholders' money, i.e. over $4 million with Maxim to accomplish what? Let's go with "having a gas at a party, hanging with the celebs in beautiful downtown Manhattan!"

Josh Kimmel was caught in numerous outright LIES and SETH SHAW WAS KIMMEL'S MOST TRUSTED ASSISTANT! Does anyone even come close to thinking Kimmel found the Comitos by himself? WRONG! The Comitos "belong" to Seth Shaw! Shaw collected his BVAP paycheck to "find money" for Josh Kimmel, which ultimately created crushing dilution for the shareholders! And the dilution will get worse!

If Seth Shaw didn't like it or he FINALLY figured out that Kimmel was a buffoon, he could have quit! Oops, he couldn't, because the toxic financiers, putting up money at the behest of Seth, wouldn't allow it to happen! For a moment just try to imagine Seth Shaw "walking" on the Comitos! Shaw's entire "world" revolves around "finding money"! This his expertise! This is his "deal"! So if Seth Shaw were to "walk" on the toxic financiers he had "lined up" for Josh Kimmel, how would that play when Shaw was chasing money for some very fine future endeavor?

SETH SHAW SHOULD HAVE RECOGNIZED JOSH KIMMEL'S INCOMPETENCE LONG BEFORE "SHOUTING" THE GLOWING ENDORSMENTS! Early on the Kimmel limitations were so blatantly obvious pretty much anyone, with just a scintilla of business acumen, would/should have concluded BVAP was a "TOTAL TRAINWRECK" long before it actually happened! And it did not take long, but in the meantime shareholders sponsored a lavish lifestyle for Kimmel and were ultimately crushed!

Hell, Kimmel even appointed his completely unqualified brother-in-law to the BVAP Board of Directors and gave him a couple million BVAP shares as compensation! For what? Then the brother-in-law, who got the shares for 24 months of Board service, resigned after six months and sold the shares! Yes, more dilution for the shareholders! AND SETH SHAW, VP OF STRATEGIC PLANNING, "SAT BY" AND WATCHED IT ALL HAPPEN!

Josh Kimmel, over and over proved to be a RANK AMATEUR, having a blast dumping shareholder money! AND SETH SHAW, VP OF STRATEGIC PLANNING, "SAT BY" AND WATCHED IT ALL HAPPEN!

Oh, and BTW, just to top it off...what other "self-proclaimed" business expert could not say enough good things about Josh Kimmel and BVAP's visionary direction? Might it be someone sitting on the current Tauriga Sciences Board of Directors? What a joke! It might be instructive to track down a few of the early-to-mid-2015 iHub posts, particularly "responses" to those who were rightly claiming Josh Kimmel had no clue what he was doing!
