Wow, I was in the oilfield back in 80's and not much has changed physically except the computer age.

I mean a 3 1/2" bit vs 4 1/2" bit...so.

This PR really says nothing about the company. Casing is just something that they put into a hole that they gradually are drilling so that it doesn't cave in on them while they drill the hole.
