Do they really expect people to believe that they'll repurchase 5% of the current O/S, assuming it stays at the current price?

For one, they don't have the cash to do so. For another, they don't have the cash to do so.

Oh, and btw, it's only had one trade of 160 shares the past 6 months. So, it's safe to say it'll expire with no shares repurchased.

There is no guarantee as to the exact number of shares that will be repurchased by the Company and there can be no assurance that any shares will be repurchased. The Repurchase Plan is set to expire on November 1, 2016, although the Board of Directors may terminate the Repurchase Plan any time.
