Before selling, be sure to read the latest SC13D/A's filed by the Douglas family and Trust(s) filed on 3/23/16. Family & Trust ownership breakdown is as follows... Kevin & Michelle Douglas & Trust (22.1%), James & Jean Douglas Trust (14.5%). It's pretty obvious that the Douglas family and beneficiaries have assumed company control behind the scenes (i.e. as terms for fronting the BK DIP financing) and the company will be aggressively shopped or merged with another Douglas interest. JMHO
