Part of my deleted post 26294 also responds to Sulax' statement in post 26291 where he writes:
The stock went up 10X just on the announcement of the hiring of DK and TG's money. Funny that the naked shorts couldn't stop that run. 10X"

As you know my response in 26294 was "Regarding your observation regarding the run up when Messrs. Golisano and Kaplan got involved, I never stated that naked shorts are omnipotent. The short was there way before that and would never have created such a short position contemporaneous to their arrival".

And remember, I began the post with: "As I've stated several times in the past I postulate a sizable naked short position in Torvec that is not legal per Regulation SHO".
