The OTC Markets site posted that the Float on 11/4/15 was 10,353,393 SHARES, then on 3/7/16 it was reduced to 8,102,646 SHARES. Anyone have a idea why the Float would reduce by 2,250,747 SHARES? Seems as though this would be a good thing for those still holding. Any thoughts?
