We can speculate all we want about this deal with CGG but as far as I'm concerned, as long as we are hitting 15 year low share prices and near zero trading volumes, you're going to have a tough time convincing me that there was anything substantial in this deal for bio key shareholders. I think I had an order in on Friday for more shares and most insiders Holdings just to get the price higher than the 12 cent bid that was offered. And Believe me, the last thing I want is to own any more this stock. I will however try to protect my investment when prices get that low. I still believe this company will sell for $.30 and so I am still averaging down at this point, yeah, I know pretty stupid.
Correct me if I'm wrong but it's been close to a year since they put this deal together with CGG. Can you cite some significant business that we have achieved out of it. Why is it that no one has confidence in what this deal is, especially insiders as evident by their lack of insider buying.
There's no question that the $7 million low-end guidance is extremely promising, but how many times have we seen this kind of optimism only to get nothing even close to the projection. I also have to wonder why guidance like that prompted no buyers of the stock. I guess I'm still in that show me state. I will also readily admit that I would be extremely happy to be very, very wrong this time. Another words, I want this to succeed so I can recover some of the significant dollars that I have lost on this company. I am unfortunately believe when all is said and done, we long time shareholders will see nothing more than $.30 for our shares and for me that's just about break even and we'll just chalk up the 15 years I've lost in value on my investment as part of doing business.
Pardon me for not getting too excited about these conference calls anymore but after 15 years of all these lofty projections with no follow through, I don't think you should expect much more excitement from me.
