Btw does anyone remember someone threw out the specter of a cramdown on this board. Can't remember who it was. At about the same time -- all of a sudden -- there was a lot of lavish puckering directed toward Mr. Golisano. I couldn't help get the impression that this was a suggestion to follow a path to a short-form reverse merger with a fire sale price. Pay never mind to those pitiful minority shareholders out there.

Thank God Mr. Golisano isn't a scurrilous dirtbag.
