You can stick to your story but the facts are out there... the TA is open and answers questions... I spoke with Efraim Rios btw...that's who confirmed there is no convertible debt...I didn't need to ask him though because the filings show that Asher converted years ago... They took two notes with Asher back in 2010 for an aggregate $77,500...and those were converted into over 10 million shares in 2011...There was a $25,000 note with Tangiers also at that time and that was repaid and also 937,500 shares issued as per terms in the note...also from filings...all that happened 5 years ago...being its 2016 :)

I can imagine a lot of things...I imagine you might be able to make up some of your losses if you stop harping on the old and start looking towards the new. As you said the other day, there is someone new coming in to try and do something with MGON.

Risk vs Reward down here in this pps area is pretty appealing imho.
