Holding a small position. Would be a buyer below $8 should it get there w/o bad news and if I have cash to deploy.

Regarding a partnership this soon . . . prior to the Fluorinov munch, I would have said flatly no. I'm not sure what you mean by $500 million deal. A back loaded biobucks deal with 1/10 that up front very different from $500M up front, and who take s the development costs, etc. I would prefer they wait till proof of concept, which is usually after P2. That's usually the sweet spot for value without excessive dilution.

I'm not sure if they've articulated their strategy about this. Biomaven might know.
