They just announced a 1-year delay for the inaugural season...

On April 1, 2016 the registrant issued a press release announcing that Major League Football will launch a "Development Season" this year and reschedule its inaugural year of professional, spring-league football to March of 2017. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.



That should explain the recent dumping. Too bad the SEC isn't paying attention to such obvious insider-trading.
