Reverse share split as in ~85%
is a negative however in some
cases whereas the financials
overall improve coupled with the
intention of listing in a superior
exchange it could well be one of
the rare cases to prove that R/S
marks a turning point for the
company!

I guess time will tell.
This certainly is a very logical
explanation to the pps recent shrinkage.
