Of course not. The stock last traded at $2. That's the official opening price. From there on it's bid and ask until there's a trade.
The first ask is $1, which is a 50% drop. The first bid is $.01, which is a 99.5% drop. Until shares can be sold, it will probably stay in the 10 cent range. Once people start dumping, just to get the loss, I'd look for 1-5 cents. Eventually dilution will drive it down to $.0001 and they'll start all over.
