softcare.....I am still uncertain as to whether NUGN was/is a scam or if
it was simply an ill fated venture that succombed to using scam techniques
in an effort to stay afloat Often times, a lack of business skills can
put an end to a company that might have had a chance with others at the
helm As to the scam tactics, I have observed that often those seeking
to make a go of their pet idea, have borrowed heavily from friends and
relatives and when they see the venture failing, they will use P&D tactics
to thry to get some recovery for those friends and relatives. I would
add the "rent-a-name" tactic and the affiliation with a research facility
in outer Mongolia or Tibet or wherever it was supposed to be. Fortunately,
many bailed out when the SP was still over a dollar. This sad chapter
will close shortly.
