Of course the award set a rate and a past royalty also. Just because Huawei has appealed does not stop IDCC from following the terms set forth in the award. If the award survives the appeal, IDCC will seek confirmation and a judgment for money owed and not paid in accordance with the terms. Do not expect anyone to argue that the terms have been set by the arbiters. You must be confusing Huawei with LG.
