Smoking gun; Clinton's whole defense here is nothing was deemed classified at the time the email was sent or received...this blurb right here sheds new light on what the SOS KNEW was classified or not without having to be formally marked.

I doubt there will be an indictment, but she will not be electable after this scandal. I reckon her character will be (and rightfully so) destroyed publicly by the FBI for being so naïve and stupid, but she will not face charges...there is no way Obama will let any charges be filed.
