I agree but I'd value the core business just slightly higher right now.

Does there need to be an explicit admission ??? It's obvious to all it was a major mistake, hence jettisoning FD as quickly as they did and likely to get nothing for it. At least they realized it and didn't allow FD to sink the company. IVFH went out and got some talented people for FD as they didn't have the in house expertise to run it. It didn't work out. Aren't the expectations of acquiring any company/concept to make it grow and become a profitable component of the company ?? Come on Dickmo .....

What difference does it make if on the CC ... Sam admits to a bad decision ???? What makes the difference is what happens going forward. By all means, ask the question on the CC this morning.
