$1.25 pps means they have to show that they can make money. I doubt the pps will get there with promises of building the solar farm. They need to show profits from the wood chip business and eventually the solar farm in South Africa. They plan on construction if legit of the solar farm start of next year. That means even if it was operational by end of March next year we would have to wait at least until next summer to see Revenue in the filings. There is no doubt about the dilution no matter where it came from. If it wasn't from beneficial shareholders then the company did it to raise money which I thought these guys knew how to go through the private funding route. Apparently they decided not to go that way to raise money. All imo
