READ THIS from others stuck with this stock:

Not from me but other claimed share holders shared on the internet. Of course their opinion but when has PTSC management or board ever publicly seemed to support shareholders!

"The Arbitration decision between PTSC/PDS and TPL will have a major influence on future revenues. In any case, I would rather lose what little value I have left than let this BoD screw me even more. If the motion were to be approved the current shareholders would possibly own less than 7% and thus have no chance of future influence. Thus this vote is our last Hurrah. If the split is approved the BoD would have about 560 million shares (assuming a 1:10 split) to release to friends and family or Eric Swartz or anyone that might put in enough dollars to keep paying them for a few more years. I don't want to see others potentially benefit at our indubitable and inevitable expense.
Even the Proxy warns about downsides of a split.

Keep the hope alive. vote AGAINST the split proposal.
They'll probably just issue Preferred stock anyway."

This opinion is even worse! Who could trust any of those who are working for PTSC who are still making a killing (CEO/CFO $400,000 a year board members $60,000 a year) simply by having the company limp along cracking out the paychecks...for them!

"I think the objective of the involved parties is to turn the company into a shell then take the remaining cash out the back door. All IMHO."

Vote against the reverse split as it will only help those getting paychecks from the company....then sell your shares so you will not be stuck with forever declining share value. My opinion of course since they will probably try to find a new business filing lawsuits against those critical of their "business". Been trying to help since the stock was 10c!
