In general, though I don't like offerings structured with warrants, it addresses two issues:

1.- market cap requirements of the NASDAQ and
2.- answers the question on how they plan on scaling up production to not only meet the needs of their market, but that of new markets stemming from today's product approval news

Their Prospective looks like a 'mixed bag'. Markets not going crazy in the AH, so subdued reaction would suggest an 'over-reaction' to the news of an offering.
